HF Panels' name, "Flatpanl", comes from the quality appearance of a monolithic flat panel surface-without disfiguring foam blisters.
Our lamination process, which has been developed over 20 years, produces composite bonds with precured HCFC insulation for stronger than the core itself. HF panels are custom made to shape and size, curved or bent, for horizontal or vertical installation. An Internal steel channel positively locks the face sheet to the building structure and provides additional strength.
